Playing Sousaphone in marching band and then being a Tuba major in college I had to do a sousaphone shirt to celebrate the 100th year anniversary of John P. Sousa asking that the bell be turned forward from the upright position. The year was 1908. Now you have a great trivia question to use at the next band party!
